The essential purpose of CQ RESCUE is to reduce loss of life, to reduce the likelihood of permanent neurological or physical impairment as an outcome of acute illness or severe trauma, and to reduce the number of days which emergency patients need to spend in hospital.
Crash Bash Annual Charity Golf Event
It's on again!! Crash Bash Anual Charity Gold Event 2009!
Crash Bash consists of a golf tournament in the day, followed by a cocktail party and auction in the evening with prizes awarded to the winning teams and select categories i.e. Nearest The Pin, Best Dressed Team etc.

CQ RESCUE enroute to motor vehical accident in Bowen Basin
April 7 2009
At 4.35pm the RACQ – CQ RESCUE helicopter left Mackay with a doctor and paramedic on board heading to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Fitzroy Development Road south east of Moranbah.
