Central Queensland Helicopter Rescue Service Ltd, t/a RACQ-CQ RESCUE is committed tproviding you with the highest levels of community service. This includes protecting your privacy, personal information.

The RACQ-CQ RESCUE privacy scheme is based on the Privacy Act 1988, with the amendments made by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 following, 10 National Privacy Principles (NPP's) The principles provide strict rules for how we collect, store, use and disclose your personal information.

Personal information held by RACQ-CQ RESCUE may include your name, date of birth, current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile phone number, e-mail address, bank account or credit card details, occupation, employer's name, relationships.

If you choose not tprovide personal information, we may not be able tprovide you with the services you require, or a high level of service.

RACQ-CQ RESCUE collects personal information in a number of ways, including:

• Directly from you, when you provide information by phone or in documents such as an application form;

• Provide the emergency services you require, including ambulance, fire and rescue and volunteer support services;

When Using Online Services

Personal information provided tRACQ-CQ RESCUE when you send us an e-mail message or other electronic format will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. Your details will not be added ta general mailing list. Unless required by law, RACQ-CQ RESCUE will not disclose this information without your consent.
